Academic Team
The purpose of the academic team is to promote academics, showcase the knowledge of students, promote a strong female presence in academic competition and enrich the academic skills of individual members. (Moderator: Mrs. Saukus)

Art Club
Art Club is for any student that is interested in art. The club is designed for the creative and motivated student willing to work on group projects, school/community projects and independent projects. (Moderator: Miss Harris)

Athletic Hospitality Club
The purpose of this club is to offer hospitality to visiting athletic teams: greeting the team and escorting the members to proper areas, assisting in field and gym set up; assisting spectators in parking areas. (Moderator: Mr. Bedocs)

Book Club
The purpose of Book Club is to encourage reading for pleasure and critical thinking. Students are asked to read a book a month and meet to discuss the book that they read. (Moderator: Mrs. Clinton)

Computer Club
The purpose of the club is to see how computers have integrated into our daily lives. Topics for meetings will include games, helpful and interesting programs, and different programming languages. You will also be trained in troubleshooting computers. (Moderator: Mr. Lincoln)

CSI: Cool Science Investigations
The purpose of the CSI Club is to provide a forum to research science projects. Students will have the opportunity to work with others students and a moderator and receive help with the techniques and procedures needed to participate in the Science Fair in March of the school year. (Moderator: Dr. Christophy)

Earth Club
The purpose of this club is to raise the awareness of the student body in regard to the environment at SHA, in the community and beyond. (Moderator: Mrs. Nelson)

French Club
The French Club aims to promote better understanding and appreciation of French culture and to deepen the students’ understanding of foreign cultures in general. Students are not required to know any French. (Moderator: Mme Levallois-Sanchez)

Italian Club
The purpose of this club is to promote the Italian language and culture through social and cultural activities. You do not need to know Italian or be Italian –American to join. (Moderator: Sr. Mariette)

Key Club
The purpose of the Key Club is to form a community of a diverse group of students who offer a first impression of SHA in an honest and enthusiastic manner to prospective students and families. (Moderator: Mrs. Lamboley)

Knitting Club
The purpose of the Knitting Club is to give the students the opportunity to learn or enhance a lifelong skill by working on projects in a cooperative social environment. (Moderators: Mrs. Clinton and Mrs. Molinelli)

Mathematical Applications Club
The purpose of this club is to have students meet once a week to engage in a lively, challenging, informative peer-instruction setting whereby students will practice testing problems in mathematics similar to those found on the SAT, PSAT, and SATI-C examination. (Moderators: Mr. John Sastri and Mrs. Kathryn Gniadek)

Mock Trial
Mock Trial gives students an in-depth look at the trial process. It provides an experience that simulates the actual trial experience. (Moderator: Miss Britner)

Pro-Life Club
The Pro-Life Club exists to raise awareness and promote respect for the value of life, while serving the needs of the most vulnerable in our human family, with special concern for the unborn, children, the elderly, and the poor. Members are committed to a respect for life from conception to natural death and to promoting life in a Christian way. (Moderator: Miss Scaramella)

Prom Committee
The purpose of the Prom Committee is to foster a wonderful spirit with the juniors and seniors through a formal dance. (Moderators: Mr. Marino and Mrs. Rethis)

Spanish Club
The purpose of the Spanish Club is to provide club members with an appreciation of Spanish Culture and an awareness of the unity that bonds Spanish Culture with the rest of the world. (Moderators: Sr. Hagan and Dr. Martinez)

Spirit Club
The SHA Spirit Club is dedicated to enkindling a sense of enthusiasm and motivation within the SHA community. This club gives students an opportunity to get involved and express both their love and spirit for SHA. (Moderator: Miss Stackpole)

TARC (Team America Rocket Club)
The purposes of TARC are to learn to work as a team, to learn the basics of model rocketry, to apply the principles of physics to real world problems, and to feel the accomplishment of doing multiple tasks and seeing the final result as a successful flight. (Moderator: Mr. Centrella)

Unity
Unity promotes tolerance and positive human relations among the SHA community. (Moderator: Mrs. Nabors)
