The Foreign Language Department requires entering students
to take two consecutive years of study of the same language
in grades 9 and 10. It is strongly recommended that students
take three or four years of the same language. Five-year
programs of study are offered in Spanish, French, and Latin
with Advanced Placement courses in French, Spanish, and
Latin. All modern foreign language classes are regularly
assigned to the Language Learning Center.
